I was all over the place when reading about composting process, but truth is these steps are really simple.
Cover with brown materials each time I throw in food waste, until the bin is full. Keep it moist and be patient for months. Give it a go!
I do not include meat, bones, fish scraps, dairy products, oil in my compost bin.
